We have received all of your papers and are in the process of editing
them. I would like to make clear that this is an editorial review, not a
formal peer review of the papers. As a conference proceedings this is not
considered a refereed publication. If you wish to withdraw at this point
please let us know.

Due to the volume of papers and some unfortunate external deadlines that
have arisen we have had to make some adjustments to the time line going
forward.

The new schedule is:
April 8th: submissions returned with editor review comments
Noon PST April 22nd: submissions due back with changes
May 13th: WPLC 21 Published at web.uvic.ca/~wplc
