Sorry for the delay in getting the reviews back to you. You now will have
received your reviews from the editors. Please make the required changes.
By far the biggest problem is the papers that run over the 8 page limit
when the template margins are enforced. We will be enforcing these margins
strictly and if your paper runs more than 11 pages with the required
margins we will not publish it.

Please use the system to upload your revised copy. When you log in you
will see your submission and on the right hand side will be the status of
the paper. Click on that link. At the bottom of the page you will have the
opportunity to upload an "Author Version". Please upload your revised
paper using this link.

Remember revisions are due on April 22 at Noon PDT time. We will be
dividing up the remaining work that afternoon. As such any late
submissions will not be included in the final publication.
