Alex Kerner

Alex will complete his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2013. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Arts from the University of Toronto. This article was written for the “Civil Liberties and the Charter” course, taught by Jeremy Webber, and Alex is grateful for all the support and feedback he received from his professor and classmates.
