Abstract
This episode features two guests from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. The first is Kathryn Gullason, a third-year student and the author of “The Water Sustainability Act, Groundwater Regulation, and Indigenous Rights to Water” (Appeal Volume 23, March 2018). The second guest is Professor Deborah Curran, who has expertise in the areas of land and water law and municipal law.The song that plays in the intro and outro of this episode is “Sum of My Fears” by Daizy Mae.
