Vol. 8 No. 3/4 (2017)

As with our previous issues, in Volume 8, No 3/4, we have again expanded the boundaries of our latest offering by combining all the articles designated for our October and December publication dates into a fluid, open issue with a Table of Contents that will grow over time, as we work with our authors on their manuscripts.
